How to pronounce“vedant”in English

Vedanta. So that's what I'm going to talk about this afternoon and this Google talk today in the next few minutes,

Nondual Vedanta means consciousness is the only reality other than which there is no second reality.

Advaita Vedanta claims at the deepest level of our being, as consciousness itself, we are actually one.

Advaita Vedanta says you can at the deepest level because we are all one.

Advaita Vedanta is truly radical.

Advaita Vedanta says no, consciousness does not create an universe in that sense.

But from a Vedantic perspective, this perspective which we have right now, we immediately see where they're going wrong.

But from a Vedantic perspective, that's still not correct because that's an object too.

The nondual Vedanta insists there is one consciousness, one consciousness shining through all of us.

So this Advaita Vedanta, this nondual consciousness, this awareness of one consciousness, it can serve as a basis, as a foundation for ethics.

But what Vedanta says is that consciousness did not create, did not become this universe.

And Mimamsa and Vedanta, or getting into rituals, getting caught up in one form of thinking, or allowing the freedom to happen.
