SayItVid is an online educational reference platform designed to help language learners improve English pronunciation and listening comprehension. We provide an indexed search interface that directs users to specific timestamps in publicly accessible online video content hosted by third-party platforms (primarily YouTube).

2. Third-Party Content & YouTube API Terms

SayItVid does not host, upload, or store video files on its servers. All video streams are embedded and served directly from YouTube via the official YouTube IFrame Player API.

• By using SayItVid, you acknowledge and agree that you are also bound by the YouTube Terms of Service .
• All copyrights, trademarks, and intellectual property rights in the video content remain the sole property of their respective creators and copyright owners.
• If a content creator or copyright holder restricts embedding or removes a video on YouTube, that video will automatically cease to play on SayItVid.

3. Intellectual Property & Trademarks

The SayItVid brand name, logo, original software code, UI design, text, algorithms, and website architecture are the intellectual property of SayItVid and are protected under international copyright and trademark laws.

YouTube™ is a trademark of Google LLC. SayItVid is an independent educational tool and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Google LLC or YouTube.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use SayItVid only for lawful educational and personal purposes. You expressly agree not to:

While we strive to ensure high indexing accuracy, we do not warrant that the search results, subtitles, or timestamps will be completely error-free or uninterrupted.
