I actually don't believe Zappos is such an experiment.

You all know about that Zappos and our culture.

And as we evolved over time at Zappos, we really started to think more about how those applied at scale.

So we have this thing at Zappos we call the three C's-- clothing, customer, service, and culture.

He used to be a Zappos employee until about four years ago.

We lost about 20 people in Zappos tech to different startups over the last year and a half.

I've visited a couple times at zappos.com and they pride themselves in being like this, and my sense is that they really are.
