How to pronounce “spart” in English

The Spartans-- you know, this is Sparta.

The Spartans said, that's fine.

It's like the Spartan Race, Tough Mudder, those kind of things.

So Pheidippides gets to Sparta.

This guy sounds very Spartans to me, I can go with that.

And so the Spartathlon averages it, gives you 36.

And it basically follows the footsteps of Pheidippides from Athens to Sparta.

One thing I wanted to do in taking on the Spartathlon is only wanted to use those foods the ancient hemerodromoi had access to when they were running 2,500 years ago.
