A lot of businesses measure this through ROI, or Return On Investment.

just actually-- it continues to get higher ROI.

It's much harder to measure the ROI on those investments than it might be for some direct marketing campaign or something like that.

Let me see what the ROI's going to be on this.

Putting the ones with the highest ROI-- the Return On Investment-- at the top of the list.

And maybe you have a ROI of, like, 10 or 20 years in a neighborhood.

So I started to figure the ROI on that.

You always know exactly what ROI you're getting out of your search ads.

You have to look at ROI over three, four year period, the long term.

And it kind of speaks to the ROI thing.

So I was starting to figure out the ROI, and I thought, wait, that's not right either.

It's hard to measure whether that was really an ROI-positive investment, which is sometimes how people think about community, but I think

Oh, not making the ROI that we need.

And I find it incredibly helpful and a lot of ROI for the time invested.

The ROI on bank robbery is terrible.

So if we could take a behavior and turn it into ROI, we can do that.
