So you certainly hit, Melonie, on the broad set of things that are coming at each of us every day in terms of the complexities that we're facing.

And I think as, Melonie, you were talking about, women running a million miles an hour and this idea that that time for reflection

So I have to say, Melonie, I love this concept as well.

from where you are today, Melonie, at the Darden School of Business.

And then once you've restored yourself, Melonie, you have to say, OK, what do I need to learn to get through this crisis?

I mean, in a world where-- especially our pandemic world, Melonie, where post-pandemic, we're really looking for the discretionary effort of by
