How to pronounce “kurdistan” in English

A beautiful project in Kurdistan in Iraq to paint pro-LGBT murals on public streets.

But we were all born in Kurdistan.

And there was a person in Iraqi Kurdistan, actually, who said to a person who was there from this country, from a group called Christian Peacemaker

who are serving in the Kurdistan Peshmerga fighting Islamic state in Syria.

And I named my life "Going Through the Struggles," because there's a situation back in Kurdistan.

And I was in Erbil, which is up in Kurdistan.

And a lot of people ask us about how it's like, where's better-- here or Kurdistan-- and they really ask about the food and how we make it.

And it's like a very safe place, but I did tell my parents that I was going to Kurdistan.
