Well, in Wapakoneta where Neil starts high school, there is a man in Wapakoneta named Jacob Zint.

He worked at Westinghouse up the road from Wapakoneta in a town called Lima, Ohio.

Now, he ends up in a town called Wapakoneta, which is in northwestern Ohio, very agricultural.

Another example of that, by the way, was the WAP study.

And the way that we're going to do this is things called wireless application protocol, or WAP.

I mean, subsidies up the wazoo for the distribution of the phones, huge companies that were founded to create WAP infrastructure and content and all this other stuff.
