How to pronounce “vulture”(verb) in English

I joked-- I wrote in the book one time about how I had one really bad night where I was trying to land.Three times I came in to land, and each time I had vultured, which means when you hit the deck, the hookeither bounces-- or that's the excuse you like to say.
