I think there are a lot of things that leaders can do, and there are a lot of things that upstanders can do.

And we think about, again, this question of how can we be upstanders today?

So we really want to make sure everyone knows that it's important to change culture, that we need as many Upstanders as we have.

And also, one of our other initiatives at the current moment is, we believe our political leaders should also be Upstanders and should make sure that they take our pledge.

And I think it's something that's starting to get a lot more attention now with conversations about how do we help children be upstanders
