How to pronounce “swaziland” in English

We worked in Swaziland for six months, and, after that, we decided, well, that wasn't bad.

I'm going to Swaziland tomorrow, Sunday.

And so, in Swaziland, I was primarily working with small businesses.

For those who don't know, Swaziland is a tiny country.

And we believe that the ramifications of this will go way beyond Swaziland, that it will go across the continent.

It was a massive contrast to the joy and liberation and agency we saw in Swaziland.

I was very excited that we were able to establish Junior Achievement of Swaziland, and we piloted our first class

As Megan and Rick referred to, Swaziland helps-- or TechnoServe with agricultural value chains.

How do you see-- and I actually don't know when you were in Swaziland-- but how do you see technology?

And the reason is because I'm originally from a small country in Southern Africa called Swaziland.

And so when our partners from Swaziland came to us over a year ago with the incredibly kind of audacious idea of running pride in Swaziland,

So when some people ask, how did you choose Swaziland?

And so, however, it's Swaziland's only airport, so by definition it's an international airport.

Rick and I were able to finish projects while we were in our six months in Swaziland.

And so, he was very thankful that we had come to TechnoServe and had come to Swaziland and that TechnoServe

So I know recently, you had, in the same weekend, Swaziland Pride and Istanbul Pride.

An average gift of just $19 came together to enable all of the security, the logistics, everything that was needed to run this first ever pride in Swaziland.

And they were able to launch this petition, which started to impact on the popular discussion within Swaziland.

But once we set off to walk probably 200 or 300 meters through the city of Mbabane, the capital of Swaziland,

So I guess what I'm actually trying to understand is how do you think about the anti-LGBT forces that exist in places like Swaziland

Most of these are-- well, first of all, let's start with, for those not familiar with where the heck Swaziland is-- as you can see,

Sometimes they help the farmers, and sometimes they help people like this, which is Eswatini Kitchens in Swaziland.

And yet, they're able to get fair trade certified and are selling in Sweden, and Germany, in South Africa, and Swaziland.

But, in the sense that business development, to be sustainable, of course, you need to make money to have these savings, and I'm just curious if in Swaziland you kind of

you, what skills you were able to gain there, how that specifically allowed you to help in Swaziland-- sort of the application of that.
