How to pronounce “spritz”(noun) in English

want to snuck in some sort of Italy and spritz on top of our raft that I work

Because I know some recipes will say, like, spritz your oven with water to create a steam oven first.

I mean, that's why bakers will oftentimes spritz or spray water in their oven, or sometimes you'll see a recipe that'll say "put a tray of water."
