There are some teams that you could tell don't like each other, and it shows up on the field in the worst of times. You guys seemed like a sisterhood through and through. Now, there had been a few folks you didn't necessarily care for, but that was still your team and one team unit.
And I think it's that combination of the brake and the accelerator that worked so well. I'm not sure the sisterhood of women is as strong supporting each other as they could be. And I think we all need to open our eyes a lot more to say, are we open to advice from other women?

We live in a country whose schools are so segregated that what I wanted to build was classrooms that look like America. And what's powerful is that-- so a lot of our girls come because their mother drags them.
So can you tell me a little bit about how important sisterhood is as we kind of look at ourselves and reflect on ourselves?
But yet, brotherhood and sisterhood , that then brings us together as we're moving forward.
Humanity is based on the principle of brotherhood and sisterhood .
Because these are women who are-- have you all read "Sisterhood is Powerful," "Sisterhood is Global"?
Champion boys friendships in the same way when we see a group of boys walking down the street teenage boys walking down the street together we don't think of them as the male equivalent of The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants we think uhoh what are they up to right and so I think that there's a way in which our culture and and our our community now
supportive work environment. They want a sense of belonging. We're hearing that word more commonly, Uh, you know, in the hallways now they want a connection with their supervisors. But they also want the sisterhood . And in that area we found 92% of black women and 90% of Latin. Next women felt sisterhood would be important to them at work.
