You're driving this stretch of road and maybe 10, 20 minutes go by and suddenly you think, "Oh my god, I don't remember any of the trip. Where am I? How did I get this far?"I regularly cross the Sagamore Bridge in Massachusetts and this is a really big fourlane structure. And I will very often be 10, 20 miles past this bridge and havesuddenly suddenly wonder where am I and then realizing I'm over the bridge and I have no memory of having gone over it. No memory of crossing this fourlane colossal structure. My eyes were open.
