I think that's what-- Team Rubicon , where are they at?
So before I talk about a bit about Team Rubicon , first a little bit about Jake.
And one other thing that stood out for me is Team Rubicon has a culture of a lot of transparency.
And a connection that Jake has with Team Rubicon I think is actually twofold, beyond just being Marines.
Hopefully we can turn all of you guys into Team Rubicon volunteers by the end of this.
And so we organized or we incorporated Team Rubicon when we got back.
And what these anti-circumvention things do sort of cross the Rubicon , to use another ancient metaphor, of giving control over what third parties do.
Jake has been-- and I'll talk a bit about more of Team Rubicon , but Jake has been a really outgoing advocate of veterans,
The other thing is that Ben actually spent time volunteering with Team Rubicon in New York with respect to Hurricane Sandy.
So he got to see firsthand some of the things that Team Rubicon does.
But I think that some of the lessons that we've learned in building Team Rubicon , I think, can translate.

I think you articulated well the value of what Team Rubicon brings to the table and what you guys really represent.
He himself is merely a very low ranking copyright attorney but it's too late--the Rubicon has been crossed, the die has been cast, the horse is out of
angst in there I guess uh but also there's something very real and that's how I was able to cross this Rubicon
And we have a lot of people within Google who have served-- a lot of people here today who have served, both Jake and members of Team Rubicon .
And then in 2010, that's when he, with a former Marine William McNulty, founded Team Rubicon .
And although we can hear it directly from Jake here, I think one of the key themes of why Team Rubicon really works
And over the course of the last now, see, 3 and 1/2 years, that's become the mainstay of Team Rubicon So since that point in time, the domestic program that we offer,
But I think for me, I was able to see on the ground the benefit that the Team Rubicon folks were able to provide.
And so when you walk up, and you have a uniform on, and you say hey, we're Team Rubicon .

Some of the veteran service organizations that we partner with here at Google-- like a Team Rubicon or a Team Red, White, and Blue-- those organizations
And there's a lot of old school photographers have, that have not yet crossed the Rubicon , let's say, into the world of HDR.
