How to pronounce “ricotta”(verb) in English

Karen: The lemon ricotta is one of the older, there's a family of ricottas, there's the lemon ricotta, the passion fruit ricotta, and the blood orangericotta, and most of my cakes come from family members or friends having a birthday and I don't feel like bringing the same stock cake, so I kinda have to comeup with something. So a lot of the same cakes are used, but a lot of other different flavor conceptions are put together with them.
