Somebody feels resentful. And so this final step of revealing is noticing-- so this is where the mindfulness comes in-- noticing those moments, and instead of reverting to criticism or a complaint or passive aggressiveness, just offering your partner an authentic reveal of your emotional experience, and then perhaps some sort of request.
