Polaris is not the only answer, I'm sure.

First of all, Polaris is a system that gathers all of the research that is being done at WeWork, and it gathers that in a very different atomic unit

In any case, Polaris is helping anyone at WeWork who is designing anything, who is building anything, who is affecting the member

The first thing we did when we designed Polaris was create a long taxonomy of tags-- how we tag things, how we tag nuggets within that system.

As we train new people on adding nuggets and evidence to Polaris, we want to create different roles of people.

I'll tell you that when I describe Polaris to important people at WeWork, I was asked not to do it, before we did it.

We're not trying to solve that with Polaris.

I did a Q&A in DC for the Polaris Foundation, and during the Q&A this woman stood up and said, I just want to say I am the great-great-great-great-great-granddaughter

That said, it's not connected to Polaris.

If you do see a victim of trafficking, look up Polaris, and that's the number that you can call.

I thought this is an opportunity to maybe solve all of these problems with this system that we called Polaris.

There has to be-- there's no nugget-- nothing enters Polaris without evidence.

I call them the three Cs, three things that people can do in Polaris when they go into the system.

Outside the UX team, not a lot of people can add nuggets to Polaris.

We have conversations within the UX team about many things related to Polaris, specifically about that, as well.

Well, what are some of the challenges to scaling something like Polaris, and what are you guys doing about that?

From there, we take that and we link that with a relevant Polaris, or we would-- that's not connected yet, that's the vision--

And to sum it up, this is the vision for Polaris.

So at this point, I would say we are kind of control freaks about what goes in Polaris.
