How to pronounce “nightcap” in English

People say, you have a nightcap, and I fall asleep better.

And then you need something to get you down at night, which is typically a nightcap.

But when you're drinking alcohol in the evening, a couple of nightcaps to help you fall asleep, you mistake sedation for sleep.
