How to pronounce “muscle fiber” in English

as it's hitting that muscle fiber.

Turns out I have very little slow twitch muscle fiber, but I have a lot of what's called Type IIa fast twitch muscle fiber; purely through training.

The punch line to that is that something along the lines of more than 40% of my muscle fiber was in fact fast twitch
