when they're explo exposed to say a potential plagiarist, then they come to stand in for all black people. If you misstep at all, right, suddenly you become an avatar for, well, this is what happens when you have these DEI policiesand this is what happens when you have affirmative action. And so it is a no-win situation.
And then, what can you do to actually show up as someone that carries weight in a meeting? So missteps , of course, would be how you function across teams. And I think that a lot of people forget that nothing happens alone.
And actually, there's-- in the book, I meet some people who've done what's called osseo-integration, which is where you get rid of the socket, and you essentially drill a hole Because one misstep in however many billion, actually, that results in people getting hurt
Well, it's really easy. And if we misstep , how do we bring the pieces back together and apologize effectively?
