How to pronounce “mindlessness” in English

We're going to be more mindful about our mindlessness.

Thanks for having me and that we're going to have this kind of mindful mindlessness.

And I want to just go through some of the stats and the cost of mindlessness to really understand how pervasive this

And that's what we're going to be looking at today in how it relates to our mindfulness and how our mindlessness subtracts from that.

However, these soft addictions, mindlessness, these places where we go a bit unconscious really take away from-- it's counterproductive to some of our mindful practices.

I think the other 9% are in denial because I don't know anybody who doesn't have moments of mindlessness.

And I'd get in trouble once in a while because trying to relate to the kids, I'd be like mindlessness.

And kind of the take-home point here is don't be surprised when can take up mindfulness practice if you find a lot of moments of mindlessness,

And now, more than ever, the mind needed to live to find a way of rising above the mindlessness.
