How to pronounce “minced” in English

If you buy pre-minced garlic, you've lost in life.

And if you have minced meat, just add some salt and lemon juice to it.

So this is still minced.

One is just minced chicken on toast with nice flavors in it; some cream and maybe some Madeira and some shallots and a little herbs.
