I'm curious towards your current days at Lightspeed and first, just what excites you the most about investing today,

Lightspeed has one.

And we have done a lot of analysis at Lightspeed on the social space.

Well, for us at Lightspeed, it's like, don't try and make changes externally before you do it internally.

You've been on such an incredible journey since joining Lightspeed and investing in the female founder community, supporting mental health

And to me, I felt like Lightspeed would never be a passive investor.

And then the technology-- well, where Lightspeed loves to invest is where there's a technology overlay on an existing human behavior.

And so those are some of the things that we've done both at Lightspeed but also for our 800 portfolio companies.

actually, I think it's almost 200 IPOs in the history of Lightspeed.

But I think in the last year, we see the opportunity of what that could be in working with Lightspeed and a lot of other great firms.
