How to pronounce “lacking”(adj) in English

Those are the kind of things that I find most lacking among many of the males that I work with.

Of course, it's lacking.

I'm getting this message to really the people that sense something lacking.

And that, to me, seems woefully lacking.

That's the attitude that's sorely lacking and that we need to see more of.
