So I'm Josey Baker.

My businesses Josey Baker Bread, and I'm a co-owner of The Mill, which is a cafe bakery in San Francisco that I co-own with Four Barrel Coffee.

So I've known Josey for about three years.

My name is Josey Baker.

And I love Josey, but it was definitely like blind faith.

So the book "Josey Baker Bread" is a beginner's bread baking cookbook, and the first two chapters
