How to pronounce “jinpa” in English

Jinpa is bridging some of the most advanced teachings in Tibetan Buddhism into the modern world, to our world.

In May I was here with Thupten Jinpa, who is His Holiness, the Dalai Lama's main English language interpreter.

In that role, Jinpa serves as a bridge between languages.

So in that sense, Jinpa serves as another bridge.

Well, most of you know Jinpa from watching him being next to the Dalai Lama.

In addition to that, having known Jinpa for a while, I can tell you-- in person, he is just as you expect him to be.
