For those of you who aren't familiar with #IamRemarkable, it's a global movement that empowers everyone to celebrate their achievements in the workplace.

To date, #IAmRemarkable has reached over 150,000 participants across 140 countries

And what I see is-- I'm also an IamRemarkable facilitator-- that people are discouraged because they think they haven't been doing really well,

So I'm so happy to have you on the show as part of the #IamRemarkable enterprise.
