And as I was traveling, or I was skipping lunch, or skipping dinner, or traveling in the US to sell, I felt very frustrated with my own snacking options. And I always sensed that there were opportunities to do healthful snacking better. And it wasn't satisfying me.
Oh, in the book-- because soy sauce is after, soy sauce is for the next book. But as it soaks it has more tenderizing properties and more healthful properties.

And today, by the way, 11 years later, it's just the beginning. I mean the revolution of eating more mindfully, more healthfully , and snacking, and healthful snacking, and responsible snacking, is just at the beginning.
