And what I want to talk to you about is you today, because I think I don't need to lecture you guys about how great organizations should move fluidly and be more flexible and be more accepting of change, because that's the world that you live in. But I want to talk to you about how you navigate through your own career.
And in the home country we are understood. We move very fluidly , like water. But in the host country, we have to keep checking ourselves.
Well, absolutely. But we have to change our mindset and we have to also agree, as you said, that we should be able to move back and forth between leisure and work and learning more fluidly , or to have some kind of combination-- one-third, one-third, one-third through our lives, as opposed to first you work, and then you retire and you enjoy everything.
Where there is a will, there is a way. You are able to kind of move fluidly between those roles. So I'd been producing for several years.
