How to pronounce “fibula” in English

I didn't really understand what was happening.I was born to something called fibular hemimelia, which basically means I was missing all the bones in my lower legs.I did have a foot on each leg with three toes that they amputated six months after I was adopted so I could be fitted in prosthetic legs,
