How to pronounce “even keel” in English

We're supposed to stay at an even keel.

things cuz it's you know even Keel right until just nudge somebody so much that

Struggling to somehow right the ship back onto an even keel.

Just going to put you right on an even keel.

I'll probably say, just staying even keel.

And knowing that there's going to be ups and downs and you've got to stay even keel-- but that's what motivates me and why I come back,

and teaching is a really great um kind of even keel kind of activity.
