Ellar , there's a tendency for a lot of viewers to almost think this is your life in one way or another.
Ellar might have back in rehearsals or something, I don't know.
Ellar I would do the same.
Ellar was never that way.
Ellar was interested in the photographic process, so that was nice to see and made my job easier.
So Ellar , summing up, many of Rick's films have to do with time and you, of course, get the last line of the film, "It's always right now."
So we literally see Ellar grow up on screen.
It was actually of Ellar , and just very simplistic black and white on black background, and I just wanted to continue that every year.
So I would have Ellar stand there, or Patricia, or whomever, and I would say, OK, hold on.
But for Ellar I would probably do four holders, eight sheets, eight shots.
And thankfully Ellar has agreed to continue our project.

Aside from my annual portrait with Ellar , I do a lot of different things.
I thought there's no way that's Ellar .
So Ellar was very happy to have his hair cut, but he had to play the scene, so I did a few takes where he was actually smiling,
OK, Ellar , back to acting.
Like Ellar was saying about the typical day of filming on set, it's actually quite grueling because it's just so boring
And then he's like, Ellar .
So it was basically documenting the way the film was made-- Richard directing Ellar , Richard interacting with Patricia, Lorelei, and Ethan
But sometimes I would float around, and Ellar got comfortable with me real quick, and that was great.
I mean, obviously that was Ellar , whereas in the film it's Mason reacting that way.
What Richard Linklater has done is completely unique, taking Ellar Coltrane and filming him and others over a 12 year period, portions of each year.
And really at the end of the day, it's an extremely simple camera that gets the subject involved with the process, and Ellar himself was great.
