How to pronounce “divan” in English

One is just minced chicken on toast with nice flavors in it; some cream and maybe some Madeira and some shallots and a little herbs. And it's so simple. Or you can have fun and makeyourself . I remember there was a restaurant called The Chicken Divan. No, the restaurant was called The Divan when I was growing up and one of their specialties was a chicken Divan whichwas broccoli on the bottom of a dish and then a lovely cream sauce on the chicken and parmesan cheese and baked all together.
