How to pronounce “disproportional” in English

There's a disproportional representation of givers at the very top of organizations.

But certainly not to the extent we see the disproportionalities in not only this sector of the economy, but in old sectors of the economy like

including everything from reducing segregation in schools to increasing access to early childhood education programs, addressing disproportionality, increasing access to STEM

This is one of the places where the media has been--you know I think they've skewed things by focusing disproportionally on the places where Wikipedia fails.

But basically, if you have a lot of DSL wires, you share them, you get disproportional improvement.

Oh no, no, I mean, I'm just saying if someone says it effects one race or one gender or whatever disproportionally to the other, I completely disagree.

I think the thing that's interesting here is-is-is not just the-the places that are disproportionally photographed, but the places that don't seem to have any photographs.
