- It was a lot of thinking. Sometimes a year from when we begin talking about a project and dialing it. I would just get some initial ideas, like one sentence. They are a Serbian immigrant, or they are a retired gunfighter with a wife in, you know, type. Very simple stuff. And then just start to think through it from every angle.

So I don't know about you guys, but when I first got the internet, I got that AOL dial -up, had that sweet serenade of shutting off my mom's phone line and dialing up. GeoCities was my jam.
So the majority of that would be pizza, actually, believe it or not. the phone a dialing Just Eat, whatever it is.
So I would have a team in TCC Ogere. I would be dialing the number to get through to them. Maybe after 100 tries, I would get through to some landline that started with 860, whatever it was in those days.
Like, I was in a writing group years and years and years ago. and then dialing it back.
She has a fantastic website called 'Know Your Farmer, Know Your Food'. I almost thought about dialing that in. They had an event today at the White House; she emailed me this morning saying, "If you want to link into it, it's about women farmers.
So my next question will segue to, what is your favorite recipes outside of the book? But for the audience that's dialing in, I've been able to eat this and I will try to recreate it, but everyone's got to give a go at the Not so Little Chicken Sandwich. This one's one of my favorite ones out of the book.
And so, even in our case, if you grip, you're not going to, you know, likely move the thumb wheel forward. But the key thing was dialing in the snowboard feel.
And I don't know-- I would dare to say that billions of people around the globe were able to pay attention. I spent all of my time dialing for dollars.
and that's kind of why I do talks like this so I can centralize it and then go with God and and good luck. So it's a little bit of just like you know dialing in and like I mean I joked before but I have a fantastic relationship with my therapist that thank God my director's guild insurance pays for and I I meet
So what I wanna share now is, uh, some of the questions that I asked these people. And I’m just like dialing for dollars is very much a political campaign metaphor for this whole thing.
