Well, I feel like I can speak to that because I had a pretty bad back injury a few years ago unfortunately from contortion. Um, and and it was an incredible learning process and I know so much more about physical therapy and how to warm up um, and how to cool down afterwards. Um, and it it meant that I took a couple years not doing contortion
So you can see when we're pushing sort of on the pixel, you can push and hold, and you can measure sort of the lightest finger taps all the way to very, very and contort inside the brain.
So it's really magical to see them do these short films and a subject matter like suicide, and bullying, and really deep subjects And we have contortionists.
