So what's happening in places like Charlotte, or Atlanta, or a number of other high-growth cities is that they basically import talent.

This year, Charlotte-Mecklenburg, every seventh grader in Charlotte-Mecklenburg is doing our Amazing Shake this year.

I just told you, Charlotte-Mecklenburg is now doing the Amazing Shake.

And then what we'd done is we had Charlotte.
