How to pronounce “up the ante” in English

So I decided I was going up the ante here.

You can always try to up the ante.

So I had to go back and up the ante on my dystopian novel to make it as draconian as reality, which

I'm going to up the ante on me crying from, like, three out of 10 to six out of 10.

But probably what's going to happen is you up the ante, and you end up feeling the same as when you started.

But you get the point, that you can always up the ante.

Just to up the ante, the organizer serves all the participants a mandatory dinner of uncooked chicken the night before--

Because if you're not getting it, the child-- you know this if any of you have young children-- they will up the ante.
