How to pronounce “turn about” in English

I think in terms of allowing someone somewhere who could potentially be feeling incredibly isolated in their household, in the community,at their school, all of the above, potentially, with nowhere to turn about how they're feeling, and to be able to access a resource where hopefully theycan read other people's stories, and see other possibilities and realities, and engage with other people, and find connection that way.
