How to pronounce“tiaa”in English

I'm actually from TIAA-CREF, which is a teacher's pension fund here in the United States.

to partner with the TIAA Institute.

And so for folks not familiar with TIAA, it's a 100-year-old company that's known for retirement and helping universities and not-for-profits in their retirement space.

I am sure you know the TIAA and they are the kind of they provide, they are particularly the pension

work at that's in an ERG at Google or TIAA or wherever.

One of my favorite "Star Wars" characters is Moff Tiaan Jerjerrod, who runs the second Death Star.

And one of the things that really surprised me when I joined TIAA last year, we had a panel, LGBT panel.

So I'm running marketing for the retail side of TIAA.

But there wasn't anything like heart and soul, whereas TIAA has a soul.

And you touched on this a little bit about sort of your promotion during your maternity leave, but what path did you take to your current role at TIAA
