How to pronounce “the searchers” in English

And "The Searchers" seemed like a great subject for a book.

But the opening scene of "The Searchers" says "Texas 1868."

So "The Searchers," as you know, when "The Searchers" came out, it was considered like another pretty good John Wayne cowboy and Indian movie.

But I did know "The Searchers," and I wasn't the only one, of course.

And he writes "The Searchers." And "The Searchers"-- he changes some things-- a lot of things-- from the original story, including the names of the central characters.

And so by the time we're talking about "The Searchers," and this is now 1954, Ford is 60 years old, and he's a mess.

But I don't know, how many folks here have seen John, other than "The Searchers"-- have seen John Ford films over the years?
