How to pronounce “tautog” in English

It's just about confusion and misunderstanding. Black fish. When I was at Oceana, I popularized a dish. It was made out of a local fish out of LongIsland. It was called tautog, or black fish.But anybody that would fish it in Long Island would see it as junk fish, and they couldn't understand why I was serving it on a three star menu in New York City.
