How to pronounce “stringiness” in English

So if we're all working with the same ounces or grams, at least that removes one of the variables that can make thingsgo wrong. So when you're working with fresh ginger-- even though I'm going to puree it-- I want to reduce the amount of stringiness.So the fibers are running this way, so I'm going to cut it in thin pieces to cut across those stringing grains.
