How to pronounce “sex talk” in English

In fact, I know it's not, because I've done a lot of work in primary schools.So a bit bleak, but before I move on to the last couple of things, sex talk is rather 1997.I think in education we need to perhaps bring in a porn talk, and porn education, and about how it doesn't replicate real life.
