And the one place where they had a lot of space was the famous Sears Tower in Chicago.

It's interesting, the night we dedicated the building, Brian Williams-- the famous Brian Williams-- says to me, how after all these years it's been called Sears--

How about a Sears catalog full of gears and gizmos and sprockets?

the fact is if this is all you're providing your customers is satisfaction, you're in trouble, you are GM, although GM's coming back finally, or Sears or Montgomery Ward

And the great thing is, it's really like walking into a middle school that is essentially the structural equivalent of that Sears Tower diorama that I built.
