How to pronounce “satsuma” in English

There's actually a recipe in my book for a satsuma and ginger granita that I discovered.

I use mandarins or tangerines in the recipe, because it's hard to get satsumas in all of the country.

So just to run through the ingredients a little bit, we have Japanese sweet potato, also called satsuma-imo.
