How would you define the Purple Patch methodology?

As part of Purple Patch, he manages-- I say manage, but coaches a handful of elite pro triathletes.

And today, he's most well known for creating Purple Patch Fitness, which is a global community headquartered here

Maybe you could give us a little bit of background about yourself and how you created Purple Patch Fitness.

And I was starting to coach triathletes, and that was really the start of Purple Patch.

And so with my education background and my own personal experience and what I saw in my coaching, I think it was really the birth of the Purple Patch

And that was really, I think for me, the start of the Purple Patch methodology, which 15 years later is still the heartbeat of what we do.

And when someone actually really adopts this mindset, whether it's guided by myself, Purple Patch, or not, I've yet to see someone that hasn't actually
