How to pronounce “problematical” in English

If you're evaluating hundreds and hundreds of resumes, it's valuable to have qualifications so that you can sort those resumes quickly.But it's not necessarily particularly helpful in terms of choosing the best person, and it intentionally and problematically can sometimes exclude people who are, we might call,the creative eccentrics, the people who are outside of the norm of what we do.
