How to pronounce“paneer”in English

Paneer, obviously, is a big base for a lot of Indian desserts for, like, ras malai and chum-chums and things like that.

I'm craving for paneer kind of a thing.

There's paneer, there is-- pilau, like vegetable pilau or things like that.

that it was always saag paneer or matar paneer, and I didn't understand why it couldn't be used in different ways.

And in many ways, paneer is like tofu where it's a blank slate.

So like I mentioned, paneer is basically a cheese that's prepared by curdling milk.

I don't even go to the Indian store to buy paneer.

It will shrink because both of these-- well, paneer doesn't contain that much water, but cauliflower is just a lot of water.

And then, the second dish that we're going to do is a paneer salad, which I was always perplexed by the idea when I went to a restaurant

So I'm going to start with the paneer while this cooks.

So in this case, I put the cauliflower and the paneer together in the oven to roast them.

And in my book, there is a recipe for that which will give you a much softer paneer.
